For airport transfer

Domestic flight: Your name plate will be on the right as you come out of exit no.1, which has the RED ANT logo.

International flight: Your name plate will be on the right as you come out of exit no.2, which has the RED ANT logo.

PLEASE NOTE once you come out at the exit, an airport representative will meet you there.
And in less than 15 minutes, our driver will pick you up at the airport car park. Because in the airport is does not allow all cars to wait for customers.

For Liability

  • We will not be liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
  • We do not assume any responsibility for personal injury, loss of life, or property damage that may occur during the provision of our services.
  • In the event of an accident, the customer is solely responsible for making any claims from their automobile insurance provider.

For taxi service time amendment is required to notice to office as following

  • Notice 8 Hours Office time (Thailand time) in advance for airport pick up.
  • Notice 6 Hours Office time (Thailand time) in advance for hotel pick up.

For cancellations

  • You have the right to cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Cancellation more than 1 day before transfer date the amount paid for this transfer will be refund in full.
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours from the transfer date or no-shows.

For taxi service time as following

  • For hotel pick up, you will be picked up from the hotel's reception or outside the hotel/villa/building 4 Hours in advance.

    PLEASE NOTE that the travel times mentioned are approximate and can vary depending on traffic conditions. It is always a good idea to allow for some extra time when traveling to these attractions to account for unforeseen circumstances.

  • For the driver’s waiting time (2 Hours at the airport, 30 minutes at the hotel/railway/at all other places)

For passenger responsibility

  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Passengers must treat the vehicle and our drivers with respect.
  • Passengers should not engage in any illegal activities during the journey.

  • We value your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website for more details.
    These Terms and Conditions may be revised or updated from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and understand the latest version of this Agreement before using our services.

REMARK

  • In the case of sedans, the service is full. We will upgrade you to an SUV or van for free immediately without any prior notice.
  • In the case of SUV, the service is full. We will upgrade you to a van for free immediately without any prior notice.
