Yes, we will show your name on a sign as you exit arrivals.

You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

Your flight will be monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated. Please note that the update to the new arrival time is subject to availability.

The average size of a medium luggage is approximately 65-70cm (26-27 inches). Small luggage is a backpack or a hand bag that you can fit on your lap, around 35cm (14 inches). If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.

Drivers offer their own prices to your request. The driver’s price includes free waiting time (2 Hours at the airport, 30 minutes at the hotel/railway/at all other places), Fuel and parking fees, if any.

If you are expecting a hotel pickup: For a smooth pickup experience, we highly recommend waiting in the lobby of your hotel.

For domestic flight: Your name plate will be on the right as you come out of exit no.1, which has the RED ANT logo.

For international flight: Your name plate will be on the right as you come out of exit no.2, which has the RED ANT logo.

Once you come out at the exit, an airport representative will meet you there. And in less than 15 minutes, our driver will pick you up at the airport car park. Because in the airport is does not allow all cars to wait for customers.

You must inform us in advance of any stops you wish to make, as the drivers have full schedules and we must plan their day. Any extra charge will be advised in advance.
